Due to the nature of cannabis products and Washington State law, The Local Dispensary maintains a strict return and refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns on any cannabis products, including:

  • Flower

  • Edibles

  • Concentrates

  • Pre-rolls

  • Vapes

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is:

  • Clear photo documentation

3. Non-Cannabis Products

For non-cannabis merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories), returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, if:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
